Pencil drawn. colors added in PSCS3.

Wacom Graphire 4 Pen broke down in the middle of the whole work! Had to finish using laptop's touchpad! (couldnt find my mouse - do you realize how HORRENDOUSLY DIFFICULT it is to illustrate and edit using a touchpad!?!).

FULL VIEW please to appreciate the details (dragon scales, etc.) If you like it, kindly FAVE. Hehehe.I will need that Intuos now that my Graphire finally gave up its soul...

I guess this illustration was THE BEGINNING OF THE END for my pen tablet too... : (

A touchpad? For ART? Unthinkable! Must have been bloody difficult. I hope you can get your tablet up and running soon - if you do, I'd love to see this piece painted, if you can. The serpent heads would look phenomenal in colour.

yep.bloody touchpad.luckily only a few more touchups were needed as I decided a more monochromatic golden bronze serpent was more realistic than the rainbow variety. Tablet is still dead. Unfortunately they dont teach tablet resuscitation in surgery.

Glad you like it! I had previously penciled in much of the details anyway so the pen's job was just to add a dab of color here and there. Otherwise, were I to make it from scratch, I couldnt do it with just a trackpad.hehehe.

Nope, ART is my passion. My profession is surgery. I'm a general surgeon from the Philippines. What got me into what? art or Qabalah? I was already drawing even before I learned to read and write (4 y.o.).Got involved with the Qabalistic/Kabbalistic/Cabbalistic theory around my 2nd or third year in highschool (13 or 14 y.o).

Both? I was pulled to the Kabbala due to the undertones of MATH in it.....I am a paralegal. I am hoping to take a class on digital photography. Maybe even digital art. Ur drawings r FANTASTIC!!! :)When u post new ones, plz let me know. What kind of contest r u entering? :0

MATH? Cool! I love math! I didnt know there was math in it!Can you kindly forward to me your sources on that? I am joining WACOM's GOOD vs.EVIL contest. I love photography too (as you can see in my gallery) but right now I have to have my point and shoot camera repaired. This picture was taken with the same old point and shoot camera and it won a BRONZE MERIT AWARD in the IAA (Intl Aperture Awards) 2008 contest.

wow! and i thought taking a digital photography class and taking PICS of flowers etc was neat....lolol! I am childsplay to u. :)
Yea, math.....they believe EVERYTHING was related to MATH......each number represents "something" to them spiritual. It is alot more indepth , than just "numbers." I am going to Nashville with friends today so later this week Ill find my notes and send u some links.
